As Chair, Offong Ambah leads Coinsolation’s board, defining cadence, decision rights, and oversight, and partners with the CEO as an accountability counterweight on strategy, risk, and succession. He brings 35+ years in banking, capital markets, insurance, and infrastructure investing: Group CEO, Old Mutual West Africa; Managing Director, Ecobank Nigeria and Ecobank Capital; and earlier executive roles at UBA and Ecobank Transnational. The Central Bank of Nigeria appointed him to chair the interim boards of distressed banks, and he has chaired boards and audit/risk committees including ARM-Harith and Old Mutual. A Fellow of the Chartered Institutes of Bankers and of Stockbrokers, Nigeria, he holds BSc and MSc degrees in Economics and completed Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Program. Deji brings 30+ years across Africa, North America, and the Middle East, including some sixteen years at Schlumberger, and has founded companies in energy, technology, and financial services.
