As Chair, Offong Ambah leads Coinsolation’s board, defining cadence, decision rights, and oversight across group entities. He partners with the CEO as an accountability counterweight, guiding strategy, risk, succession, and long-term value. Offong brings 30+ years in banking, insurance, and finance: Group CEO, Old Mutual West Africa; Managing Director, Ecobank Nigeria and Ecobank Capital; and earlier executive roles at UBA and Ecobank Transnational. He has chaired or served on boards and audit/risk committees, including ARM-Harith and Old Mutual boards. At Coinsolation, his focus is investor-first governance: clear committees, timely reporting, and audit-ready controls aligned to an ECIS approach—Mauritius’s Expert Collective Investment Scheme for professional investors. He holds BSc and MSc degrees in Economics and has completed senior executive programmes at leading schools.

As Chief Executive Officer, Deji Adenusi sets Coinsolation’s strategy and governance, aligning group entities and advisors to build regulated, cross-border access to U.S.-listed ETFs and equities. He leads fundraising, investor engagement, and relationships with banks, administrators, and regulators, ensuring clear oversight, disciplined risk, and audit-ready operations under an ECIS framework—Mauritius’s Expert Collective Investment Scheme for professional investors. Deji brings 30+ years across Africa, North America, and the Middle East, including leadership at Schlumberger and Halliburton. He has founded companies in energy, technology, and financial services, and advises a credit union on digital-asset risk. Credentials include PgMP®, PMP®, SAFe SPC/RTE, an MS in Petroleum Engineering (UT Austin), an MBA, and ongoing DBA research in organizational leadership.

Mr. Zaid Peerun

As an Independent Director at Coinsolation, Zaid oversees governance across risk, liquidity, valuation, and investor reporting. He strengthens compliant KYC/AML onboarding, best-execution oversight, and independent pricing at the official close. His oversight supports audit-ready reconciliations and disciplined ECIS-aligned controls for cross-border market access.

Zaid is a Senior Client Relationship Manager at TPFA, leading the fund department. Previously at Apex Group entities and Cim Global Business (now IQ-EQ). He has structured investment holdings, CIS, private equity funds, VCCs, trusts, and LPs, and supported Stock Exchange of Mauritius listings. Background spans corporate secretarial and accounting. He serves as a non-executive director at TPFA. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance, is an FCCA fellow and MIPA member.

Mr. Christopher Quirin

Christopher is a Client Relations Manager at Tri-Pro, an FSC-licensed administrator in Mauritius. Earlier, over ten years at Apex (Sanne) as Manager, Alternative Assets Services. He led the CIS unit handling NAVs, financial statements, investor reporting, registrar, AML, and FATCA/CRS. He has board and director experience on global business and Cayman entities. His background spans legal, tax, administration, accounting, and corporate secretarial work.

She tracks investor flows, resolves exceptions, and strengthens reconciliations and handoffs across teams. Previously, Anu delivered enterprise finance transformations and led Lean improvements in energy services. She is known for zero-disruption go-lives and measurable cost savings. Through Cowrie Partners, he delivers executive training to major institutions and writes on governance; he is also a PhD candidate.
