We emphasise a simple operating model: eligibility screening and onboarding, documented dealing timelines, valuation at the official U.S. market close using independent pricing sources, and a monthly NAV calculated by an independent NAV accounting agent, reviewed by the administrator and approved by the Board.
Who We Serve
Coinsolation serves Expert Investors—institutional and other professional investors, particularly in Africa and other emerging markets—seeking access to U.S.-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and equities through a regulated structure.
Access is provided through Coinsolation International Ltd, a self-managed Collective Investment Scheme qualified as an Expert Fund and authorised by the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius. Coinsolation Advisors LLC, an exempt reporting adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, is investment adviser to the Fund.
