Who May Invest

Access to any Coinsolation-managed vehicle, including private funds advised by Coinsolation Advisors LLC and any Expert Collective Investment Scheme (“ECIS”) issued by Coinsolation International Ltd, is limited to investors who meet applicable “expert investor”, “sophisticated investor”, “professional client”, “qualified purchaser”, or equivalent criteria under the laws and regulations of Mauritius, the United States, and any other relevant jurisdictions.

Minimum subscription amounts, eligibility criteria, and any additional conditions will be set out in the authorised offering documents for the relevant vehicle or share class and may differ between vehicles or share classes.

Prospective investors are responsible for confirming, with their own legal, tax, and other professional advisers where appropriate, that they satisfy all eligibility, suitability, and other requirements that apply to them and that any investment they may consider is appropriate in light of their circumstances, objectives, and risk tolerance.
